Many years of experience in designing and manufacturing systems for industrial water recycling was the base for starting a company which provides stable and customer orientated systems for recycling industrial sewage caused by surface treatments. aqua-service develops, manufactures and sells systems and products. The company is specialized in recycling industrial sewage caused by processing water soluble paints, varnishing facilities, emulsion paints, glue processing and oil emulsions. Particularly interesting is the development of the cleaning and recycling system AS 200. As early as 1993 a patent was granted for this system. In the meantime more than 1000 systems sold all over Europe are proving reliability in design and quality. The AS 200 is a mobile, multifunctional system which on one hand serves as a working place as well as a cleaning device, whilst on the other hand it is offering the possibility to clean and reuse contaminated water. The series of the systems AS 80 and AS 160 are further compact units. They are the ideal extension to our product range. Due to their broad spectrum they are applicable for painting companies ranging from 1 to 10 employees. Like with all our other units all important details like re-using the water, mobility etc. were put into practice. The AC 400 and AC 800 are modular concepts especially used for higher sewage volumes. They are unrivalled in price and efficiency. They are used when processing water soluble varnishes (e.g. flooding systems) and flexo print paint on foils, card board boxes, labels etc, but also large painting companies. This ingenious system enables the combination of all components similar to a modular system. This leads to an unlimited number of possible combinations and an optimal adaptation to nearly every working situation.
