1. The coloured water from the wash basin (1) is automatically discharged via the niropump (4) into the reaction tank (5) until the sensor nivomax* (6) switches off (display wastewater full).
2. After pressing the button "Rührwerk Ein/Aus/Zeit" the necessary flocculation product e.g. aquafloc*7 is added. After the previously set time for mixing (approx. 10 min) the agitator (7) turns off automatically.
3. When the sludge has settled (after approx 15 min) you open the ball valve (K), and the surplus clear water is quickly discharged into the clear water container.
4. By opening the ball valves (a+b) the flocculated coloured water is drained via the filter (8). The sludge remains in the filter, the processed filtrate flows into the clear water container, and from there into the canalisation. |

1. By pushing the button "Klarwasser Ein/Aus/Zeit" the reaction tank (5) is filled with the required amount of clear water.
2. By pushing the button "Schmutzwasser Start" the reaction tank gets filled from the dirt water tank (1) via the dirt water pump (2) until the sensor nivomax* (6) switches off (display dirt water full).
3. After pressing the button "Rührwerk Ein/Aus/Zeit" the necessary flocculation product is added. After the previously set time for mixing the agitator (7) turns off automatically.
4. By opening the ball valves (a+b) the flocculated coloured water is drained via the filter (8). The sludge remains in the filter, the processed filtrate flows into the clear water container to be reused for further cleaning (see 1.) |
