Units
AC 400
A compact and affordable batch unit with wastewater purification & recycling

For the treatment and processing of:
emulsion paints · varnishing facilities · glue processing · oil emulsions · water-soluble paints · flexographic printing

Mode of Operation (Standard)

The wastewater is collected in the reaction tank (1) until it is filled to its upper mark.
The filling can be done manually as well as via an external pump. After the reaction tank (
1) is filled up with waste water you switch on the agitator (2) and manually add the necessary products (e.g. aquafloc*7).
After the agitator has automatically switched off (
3) the sludge will settle within a few minutes (sedimentation).
By opening both ball valves (
4) above the filter box (5) the water/sludge-mixture runs into the filters.

The sludge remains in the filter (
5) whilst the clear water runs back into the clear water container (6).
This purified water can now be reused for further cleaning. Or it can be discharged into the sewage system observing the local regulations.
After the filtered sludge has dried off it can also be discharged according to the local regulations.

Technical Data AC 400
Usable batch volume approx. 400 l
2 x sludge discharge ball valves 1 1/4 "
2 x aquabox* filter basket approx. 120 l
Time controlled agitator approx. 0,1 kW
Total height approx. 1600 mm
Floor space approx. 950 x 700 mm
Clear water container approx 80 l usable volume
for reuse of the purified water
Overflow for discharge into canalisation

Examples (overview modular elements)

1. The coloured water from the wash basin (1) is automatically discharged via the niropump (4) into the reaction tank (5) until the sensor nivomax* (6) switches off (display wastewater full).
2. After pressing the button "
Rührwerk Ein/Aus/Zeit" the necessary flocculation product e.g. aquafloc*7 is added. After the previously set time for mixing (approx. 10 min) the agitator (7) turns off automatically.
3. When the sludge has settled (after approx 15 min) you open the ball valve (
K), and the surplus clear water is quickly discharged into the clear water container.
4. By opening the ball valves (
a+b) the flocculated coloured water is drained via the filter (8).
AC 400 + waschtisch* WP 2
The sludge remains in the filter, the processed filtrate flows into
the clear water container, and from there into the canalisation.
