flexo print, latex paint, adhesives, oil emulsion, water laques bonding agent, glue processing.
Function
The waste water is collected in the working basin (1) until it is filled to its upper mark.The filling can be done manually but also with an external pump.
When the working basin is filled with waste water from the cleaning process, the agitator (2) is switched on and the required chemicals for water purification (e.g. aquafloc*7) are added manually.
After the agitator has been automatically switched off (3) by the timer circuit, the sludge will settle at the bottom of the working basin within a few minutes (sedimentation).
Opening both ball valves (4) above the filter baskets allows the water/sludge mixture to run into the filters.

The sludge is held back by the filters (5) while the clear water runs back into the storage tank (6).
The purified water in the storage tank is again used for cleaning or can be discharged into the sewage system, observing the local regulations.
The filtered sludge remains in the filter basket for drying. It can be later disposed, observing the local regulations.

Workplace for cleaning of tool, devices, pumps etc. The waste water is first collected in the lower tank (approx. 300ltrs. usable volume) and then pumped to the AC 400 using the submerged pump.
