The company
aqua-service was founded in 1992 by Heinrich Kunz. Many years of experience in designing and manufacturing systems for industrial water recycling was the base for building a company which provides steady and customer orientated systems for recycling industrial sewage caused by surface treatments.
aqua-service develops, manufactures and sells systems and products. The company is specialized in recycling industrial sewage due to processing water soluble paints, varnishing facilities, emulsion paints, glue processing and oil emulsions. Particularly interesting is the development of the cleaning and recycling system AS 200. As early as 1993 a patent was granted for this system. In the meanwhile over 1.000 systems - sold all over Europe – are proofing reliability in design and quality. The AS 200 is a mobile, multifunctional system which serves on one hand as a working place or rather as cleaning device while on the other hand offering the possibility to clean and reuse contaminated water.
The new series of the systems AS 80 and AC 400 developed in 2001 are another enrichment of the product range. The AS 80 is especially designed for painting companies up to 5 employees. This system contains also the flexibility of cleaning paint rollers, reusing the water, mobility and more.
The AC 400 is especially for higher sewage volumes (400 liter) and it is without competition in price and efficiency. Its special field of use is when processing water soluble varnishes (e.g. flooding systems) and flexo print paint on foils, card board boxes, labels and more.

Because of a growing environment consciousness but also because of increasing costs for industrial sewage disposal, our user-friendly processes and systems are expanding day by day to new fields of use.
Sales agents and branch specific wholesale dealers are distributing the devices in Germany.
Agencies in France, Benelux, Denmark, Sweden, England, Austria, Italy and Switzerland are providing a continuous growing customer base. |
