The cost-efficient modular system AC 400
AC 400 with water recycling
Wastewater from the waschplatz* (washbasin) is automatically transported to the reaction tank by the booster pump until the nivomaxx® probe head is switched off and the display “waste water full” lights up.
After pressing the “agitator on/off/time” button the required quantity of aquafloc® 7 flocculation powder (approx. 400 g) has to be added manually. After completion of the set agitation period of approx. 15 minutes, the agitator automatically switches off. The flocculated pigments can easily be distinguished in the clear water. If this is not the case, the agitators can be started again and you add some extra flocculation powder. The crucial factor to be able to achieve a clear and optimal filtration is clear water and a large “fluffy” flock.
After the sludge has settled you open the ball valve, and the clean water is quickly drained through the aquaboxx® filter baskets into the clean water collector. By opening the ball valves the sludge is drained and then collected in the filter. The filtrate flows into the clean water collector and from there by free decline into the canalisation. After having thoroughly rinsed everything and closed the valves the unit is again ready for operation.
It is possible to simultaneously perform tool cleaning whilst the water treatment is taking place. In this case the usable volume is increased by approx. 80-120 (WPS - WPL) litres of used water. Thereby it is possible to clean approx. 6 - 16 paint rollers before the maximum capacity is reached (in connection with rotoclean® H).
